Guest parking to visit Hawaii Human Resources is at Harbor Court Garage is $3 for the first two hours. You can enter the parking garage at 55 Merchant Street.

Enter the Fort Street Tower and take the elevator to the 21st floor. Exit off the elevator and take the makai elevator at the end of the hall to the penthouse, where Hawaii Human Resources is located.
